Just wrapped up the 11-day Hidden Gems of Vietnam tour and honestly, I don’t know what I loved more, cruising Ha Long Bay like a movie star, walking the dreamy streets of Hoi An, or eating my weight in banh mi. From Hanoi’s charm to the Mekong’s peace, it felt like Vietnam was showing me all its best secrets. 10/10 would happily get lost here again!

The guides were knowledgeable and fun, food was delicious, and memories? Absolutely priceless. Just be warned: your suitcase will return heavier (blame the tailor-made clothes and all the souvenirs)

The families were so welcoming, I started wondering if I should just stay and help with the morning markets. In Vietnam, I got to explore some of the city’s most iconic spots like the Ho Chi Minh Complex and the Temple of Literature, which gave me a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history and culture. Later in Laos, visiting the elephant sanctuary near Luang Prabang was truly heartwarming. Being able to interact with the rescued elephants and learn about the conservation work being done there was something I’ll never forget.
