1. Who we are

The website asiakingtravel.com is published by Asia King Travel Co., Ltd, an inbound travel agency holding international tour operator licence no. 01-045/2015/TCDL-GP LHQT, with its head office at Room 319-320, Chung Cư Học Viện Quốc Phòng, Nghĩa Đô, Hanoi, Vietnam, and an office in Bangkok (491/34 Silom Plaza Building, 3rd floor, Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500). 2. What data do we collect?

When you fill in a quote request or contact form:

• first and last name, email address;
• phone / WhatsApp (optional) and country;
• information about your trip: dates, duration, number of travellers, budget, type of accommodation, free message.

Automatically, when you visit the website:

• IP address, browser type, landing page;
• source of the visit (advertising parameters such as gclid, fbclid, utm_*), so that we know which ad brought you to us;
• audience measurement and advertising cookies, only if you accept them where your consent is required (see §6).

3. Why do we use this data?

We do not send you marketing messages without your agreement and we never sell your data.

4. Who has access to your data?

• our team of English-speaking travel consultants (Hanoi, Bangkok);
• our technical providers: website hosting (Hostinger), email, customer request management tool;
• Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), for advertising measurement, only if you have accepted it;
• our local partners (hotels, guides, transport companies), only the information needed when you book a trip.

5. Transfers outside the European Union / United Kingdom

Our team is based in Vietnam and Thailand, and some providers (Google, Meta) may process data in the United States. These transfers are necessary to handle your request or rely on appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses, UK International Data Transfer Addendum, Data Privacy Framework).

6. Cookies

• Necessary cookies (website operation, forms, anti-spam): always on.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads, Meta Pixel): in the countries where the law requires your prior consent (European Union / EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Quebec…), they are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

7. How long do we keep your data?

• requests that did not lead to a booking: 3 years after the last contact;
• customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then according to legal retention periods (accounting documents: 10 years);
• cookies: 13 months maximum.

8. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict its use, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (for example the ICO in the United Kingdom, www.ico.org.uk).
