Tax Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant with a knack for tax management? Ready to apply your expertise in a vibrant and dynamic travel company? We’re looking for a Tax Accountant to oversee our financial compliance, streamline tax processes, and contribute to our mission of delivering unforgettable travel experiences.

🔹 Position: Tax Accountant
Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi office
Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice and Document Management: Collect, verify, and store incoming invoices from partners. Ensure all invoices comply with legal standards and prepare VAT invoices for customers.
  • Tax Compliance: Perform quarterly tax declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax authority regulations. Complete year-end financial statements and prepare all necessary tax filings.
  • Cost and Income Control: Monitor tax-related expenses, analyze cost-efficiency, and optimize expenditures.
  • Collaboration with Tax Authorities: Address tax-related inquiries, manage tax refund and exemption processes, and liaise with relevant agencies as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare management reports, tourism industry reports, and statistical reports, and update accounting software to accurately reflect transactions.
  • Additional Financial Support: Work alongside other departments on financial control tasks and stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel or service industry. Experience with tax audits is a plus.
  • Basic English skills (able to handle simple correspondence).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, honest, and reliable, with strong organizational skills.
