There are two ways to get to Bai Mon:

• From Tuy Hoa City in Phu Yen, simply follow National Highway 1A southeast for about 30 km to reach Bai Mon.
• If you're traveling from Nha Trang, head northeast. When you reach the middle of Ca Pass, turn onto Phuoc Tan – Bai Nga road and continue for another 12 km to arrive at Bai Mon.

Bai Mon Beach is located in a tropical monsoon climate zone, characterized by two distinct seasons: dry and rainy. One advantage of this coastal area is that the rainy season is relatively short, usually occurring from September to December. Originating from underground springs in the northern forest of Dao Ca Pass, the stream winds its way through rock formations and forest canopies before crossing Bai Mon Beach and emptying into the sea. Thanks to its beach landscape and favorable natural conditions, Bai Mon has become an ideal spot for swimming.

Visit Mui Dien Lighthouse

This area has no local residents and very limited services, so visitors are advised to bring their own essentials, including food and drinks. Bai Mon Beach typically sees more tourists on weekends, but on weekdays, its tranquil and secluded charm is even more pronounced.

There are no shops nearby, except for a small refreshment stall run by the management and the well-known Chu Muoi shop, where you can park overnight. If you have belongings that you don’t need to take down to the beach, you can leave them at the shop without charge. Tent rentals are also available if you don’t bring your own.

As Bai Mon is quite far from Ho Chi Minh City but close to Nha Trang, the most convenient travel plan would be to combine a visit to Nha Trang with a trip to Bai Mon. Spending one day and one night here is enough to fully enjoy the experience. The best time to camp overnight is during weekdays, as weekends and holidays tend to get crowded.
