Joining the 2-week Vietnam to Cambodia tour with Asia King Travel was one of the best travel decisions I’ve made. From cruising the emerald waters of Ha Long Bay to wandering through the ancient temples of Angkor, every moment felt like a scene from a travel documentary, only better, because I was in it. The guides were knowledgeable and fun, food was delicious, and memories? Absolutely priceless. Just be warned: your suitcase will return heavier (blame the tailor-made clothes and all the souvenirs)

It was great cruise along the peaceful Mekong from Vietnam to Laos and a highlight to get to the border by longboat. The rice terraces in Sapa are stunning and a beautiful place to visit and Luang Prabang was a lovely way to end, full of charm and character.

In Vietnam, I got to explore some of the city’s most iconic spots like the Ho Chi Minh Complex and the Temple of Literature, which gave me a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history and culture. Later in Laos, visiting the elephant sanctuary near Luang Prabang was truly heartwarming. Being able to interact with the rescued elephants and learn about the conservation work being done there was something I’ll never forget. This time I traveled with my family during our one month summer holiday and I was looking for a tour that focused on relaxation, enjoying fresh seafood and spending as much time as possible on beautiful beaches in both Vietnam and Thailand. At first, I thought a tour priced at over $1,000 for 2 weeks was a bit expensive. But after the trip, I can honestly say: it was worth every penny and even a bargain! The itinerary was super well structured. It took me across Vietnam from North to South – Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An, Saigon, then over to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Each stop had a knowledgeable local guide. Hotels were clean and comfortable, meals were delicious, and there were no hidden costs at all. What impressed me the most was the seamless organization. Despite the full schedule, the tour didn’t feel rushed. There was still time to rest and enjoy. Considering the number of destinations and quality of service, I’d say this is the best value tour I’ve found so far.

We had such a great time on this 10-day Vietnam Cambodia tour. From busy Hanoi to peaceful Ha Long Bay, everything was just wow. Loved cruising on the bay, eating fresh seafood and waking up surrounded by the cliffs. Angkor Wat was absolutly stunning, and exploring temples like Ta Prohm and Banteay Srei felt like being in a movie. Def recommend this trip if u want a bit of culture, nature and history all in one!

The tour was very well organized. While nothing stood out as exceptional, the lunch was absolutely superb. Ha Long Bay was quite busy, even in February. The scenery is undeniably stunning, but the experience felt a bit like a production line, with kayaks and bamboo boats crowding the main viewing areas. The initial climb offered fantastic views, but the narrow stairway was packed. By the time we were coming down, it looked completely jammed going up. It seems like the destination is becoming a victim of its own popularity.

We picked a 15-day trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, but we had to make sure that it fit with our work schedules. Our agent was great. She changed everything so that it worked perfectly for us. During the trip, she checked in with us on WhatsApp to make sure we were okay. Overall, the tour was a great mix of busy cities, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and interesting historical sites. We go through 8 cities Ha Long Bay - Ha Noi - Da Nang - Hoi An - Sai Gon - Can Tho - Siem Reap - Phnom Penh and most of them are great. I highly recommend it!
