Sapa Tour 5 days: Explore Sapa and Surroundings

Your adventure begins in Hanoi, where our friendly private guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. At 8:00 AM, you will set off on a scenic journey along Highway Noi Bai - Lao Cai. Along the way, unwind and take in the captivating landscapes of the Red River Delta, transitioning into the midlands of the Northwest region. Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, after roughly a 1.5-hour drive, you will arrive at Bac Ha town. Depending on the water level, you might have the opportunity for a short boat ride on the Chay River. Afterward, stroll to Trung Do village, home to the Tay ethnic minority people. Finally, you will reach Bac Ha itself, where you will check into a local homestay for a night rest.

You might be woken up by the sounds of roosters or pigs in the early morning. After breakfast, take a short trip to the nearby town for a vibrant immersion experience at the bustling hill tribe market. Bac Ha is primarily populated by the Flower H'mong people, where you can witness the local way of life firsthand, with people trading and selling a variety of unique products. 

Have a Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant and then head back down to Lao Cai City, continue our journey upwards to Sapa. Upon arrival in Sapa, check into your hotel and have the rest of the day to relax and unwind. Overnight in Sapa. 

Note: The hill tribe market schedule varies by day of the week: Bac Ha Market (Sunday), Coc Ly Market (Tuesday), Can Chau Market (Saturday).

On day 3, after transferring to a starting point in Muong Hoa Valley, you will set off on a captivating trek through charming Black H'mong villages. Take in the breathtaking beauty of the terraced rice paddies blanketing the valley. After a trek lasting approximately 3 hours along 7 kilometers, you will be picked up and driven back to Sapa town for lunch.

Dedicated to an unforgettable trekking adventure through Mu Cang Chai's heart. Embark on a scenic, extended trek along small paths and backroads, journeying from Che Cu Nha to La Pan Tan. This region boasts the most breathtaking rice terraces in the entire area. 

A simple picnic lunch will be provided on the trek, which is estimated to be around 13 kilometers and take 6 hours to complete. In the late afternoon, drive to Tu Le town for the night at a local hotel.

On your final day, enjoy a leisurely morning with a short walk through the stunning Tu Le Valley. Enjoy the landscapes one last time before checking out of your hotel. We will  then head back to Hanoi, stopping at a local restaurant along the way for lunch. Sit back and relax as we drive you comfortably back to your Hanoi hotel, where the tour concludes.
