At 08:00, after breakfast, you will transfer by car or motorbike for about 7 km to Ta Xua village to begin your Ta Xua Trekking Tour 2 Days. Around 08:30, you arrive at the porter’s house, prepare food and essentials, and start the trek. The first section is a steep, muddy slope that can be quite challenging, but the trail becomes easier afterward. By 12:00, after trekking 4.5 km in about 2.5-3 hours, you will reach Turtle Head Rock and stop for lunch at Hut 1 at 2,400m altitude.

In the early afternoon, around 13:30-14:00, the journey continues with the most exciting and demanding part - the Dinosaur Backbone Mountain. This narrow ridge requires climbing up and down steep rocks, holding onto cables, and carefully crossing cliffs with strong winds, making it the highlight of your adventure. By 15:30-16:00, you will arrive at the campsite at 2,550m. While the porter prepares dinner, you can relax, enjoy the pure mountain air, and spend the night in a wooden hut.

Summary: Trekking ~6 hrs | Distance ~7 km | Elevation gain: 1,100m → 2,500m.

At 06:00, wake up to the fresh mountain air, enjoy breakfast, and, if the weather is clear, admire a breathtaking sunrise from the hut. Around 07:00, continue your Ta Xua Trekking Tour 2 Days by trekking through the magical moss forest, where ancient trees are covered in moss and mist lingers all year round. This trail is less steep, offering a peaceful walk and plenty of opportunities to take photos, record videos, and enjoy the natural beauty.

From the hut, it takes about 2 hours of trekking (~4 km) to reach the Ta Xua summit at 2,865m, where panoramic views of the “cloud sea” await. After celebrating your achievement, return to the hut for lunch. In the afternoon, retrace your steps and cross the Dinosaur Backbone Mountain once more, which takes about 1.5–2 hours. By 16:00–17:00, you will arrive back at the village. For those feeling tired, a motorbike taxi option is available from the Apple Tree Hut (extra fee of 250,000 VND per bike).

Finally, transfer back to Tram Tau, where you can enjoy dinner and relax, perhaps unwinding in a hot spring or a traditional herbal bath (not included in the tour).
