Cai Be Tour Full-day: A rustic Mekong Delta Discovery

At 6:30 AM,  our guide will pick you up at your Ho Chi Minh City hotel. We'll journey through Cai Be on our way to the Mekong Delta for a day filled with discovery.

Hopping on a wooden motorboat in Cai Be, soak in a lively atmosphere as we cruise along the scenic waterways. Our first stop is the Cai Be Old Church, a charming landmark showcasing French-colonial architecture. 

The cruise continues to a local household where you will witness the traditional production of popped rice. Here, you can even try your hand at making rice paper and observe the locals' fascinating popping technique.

Next, we will cross the river to a tranquil small islet where you can relax and explore the countryside on a leisurely bike ride along quiet roads. Then, stop at a local home for a delicious, home-cooked lunch and have some well-deserved relaxation in a hammock.

In the afternoon, we enter a small canal on a traditional rowing sampan. You can experience the naturally growing freshwater mangroves lining the riverbanks. After that, arrive at a bustling rice milling factory area, where large boats wait to collect freshly processed products.  

After all, our driver will take you back to Saigon.
