Thanks to proper treatment, no fatalities have been recorded.
Research on venomous snakes is essential in order to develop effective treatments for their venom
Another function of the snake farm is breeding snakes and producing traditional medicine, combined with operating as an eco-tourism site. This makes it a highly educational destination where visitors can learn more about a creature they’d rather not encounter in the wild.

When you visit, you’ll be amazed by the rows of snake enclosures, each securely covered with protective wire mesh, carefully locked, and clearly labeled with information about each species. While venomous snakes are kept in these secured cages, non-venomous snakes are raised in natural or semi-natural environments.
You can see snakes slithering freely right before your eyes
The visitor area is divided into three main snake care zones: the water pond area, the venomous snake enclosure, and the non-venomous snake and python area. Each zone serves a specific purpose, designed to create the best possible environment for raising and nurturing the snakes. In addition, the farm also conserves several other rare animal species, such as green iguanas, softshell turtles, deers, etc.
Notably, within the premises is a snake museum built in 1996, showcasing nearly 100 rare snake species and preserving specimens of almost every snake found in Vietnam. In August 2005, the Vietnam Book of Records officially recognized it as the country’s first snake museum and the one with the largest collection of snakes in Vietnam, featuring over 40 species native to the Mekong Delta region.
