Itinerary
Upon arrival at the airport, your family will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Hanoi is really a kid-friendly destination and there are a lot of exciting activities awaiting your lovely children in the next day. In the late afternoon enjoy the Water Puppet Show, the unique Vietnamese traditional art. This art originates from rural festivals in Vietnam. The artists-men and women-stand waist-deep in the water to manipulate the puppets, making them move about, talk and laugh and even dance on the surface of the water.

Today, we enjoy a full day city tour starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex. This famous site contains the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh
Our first stop is to visit the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh.
Located in the center of Ba Dinh Square, this is the most important monument of Vietnam in which Ho Chi Minh’s body is preserved. This site only opens on Tuesday to Thursday and weekends from 08:00 – 11:00.
The next destination is the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts.
The Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house was completed on May 19th, 1958 as a birthday present for uncle Ho and becomes a symbol of his simple life.
Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda.
The pagoda looks like a lotus blossoming from the square pond. It was constructed in 1049 by King Ly Thai Tong based on his dream of Goddess of Mercy seating on a lotus flower and giving him a boy. In 1954, it was destroyed by the French and then restored in 1955.
We follow this with the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam.
This temple provides an opportunity to learn more about education in Vietnam since 1000 years ago until recent history.
In the afternoon, visit the impressive Ethnologic Museum that is dedicated to Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups
This museum has both indoor and outdoor exhibition area with the most popular architectural styles of house’s ethnic people. The museum closes on every Monday.
After that, we'll take a cyclo tour, passing through the fascinating streets of the historic Old Quarter, whose history spans 2,000 years. It is still a thriving centre for craftsmen and merchants.

Breakfast at hotel and then start a 3-hour drive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Comfort stop en route for photos and coffee before arriving to Ha Long City. We then transfer to a luxury wooden sailing junk for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay, giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site. While on board we will be served a sumptuous fresh, local seafood lunch followed by a swim and exploring some of the limestone caves in this area. When the sun comes down we drop anchor for the night nearby a remote island. Dinner on board. Overnight on Junk

Rising to the tranquil beauty of the bay we have time for an early morning dip with joys and emotions for watching sunrise on sea followed by breakfast. This morning we continue to move around the bay to find more secluded areas. The junk will be near us at all times serving as a back-up vessel for those that require it. At around midday we will return to the main harbor before transferring to our awaiting vehicle for a 3-hour journey to Noi Bai airport for flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival Da Nang, pick up & transfer to hotel in Hoian.
The ancient town of Hoian is a small town in Central Vietnam. In the 16th and 17th centuries, Hoian was a busy international commercial port for foreign merchants. Today, Hoian is popular for its peaceful beauty, eclectic architecture, tailors and cafes.

08:30 Depart from your hotel, the guide takes you from your hotel and riding to the Kim Bong carpenters village. You will visit the shipbuilding workshop, wood carving, mosaic and other workshops.
09:30 The locals will teach you how to make the traditional wooden basket boats that move the rivers, try the famous basket boats at Mr.Kha’s workshop established 85 years ago, which manufactures cart boats, woven by bamboo and palm trees.
10:30 continue your ride to the Tra Nhieu mat village; you will listen the presentation of the war history and their activities. The fishermen leave their nets, boats and prepare their tools for a long ride of 2-3 weeks at sea. Spend island hopping via unusual bridges made of wood or bamboo.Taking the path along the river, you will see coconut water, fishing nets, and wild birds, and then enjoy a small pleasant walk on a quiet bamboo bridge in water coconut forest. Then visit the craft mats making.
11:30 Come back to the dock where you will board the boat with residents and cycling to the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on site, cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs including mint, salad, basil, cilantro, broccoli among the other more than 40 hectares of land, 8 tons of Tra Que vegetables are sold each year. The farmers do not use pesticides or OGM but natural fertilizers in particular, a kind of seaweed that is in the river, harvested by gardeners by boat every morning.
13:30 To Tra Que village, you will be warmly greeted by Mr.Minh family, a 3 generations one. You will enjoy a welcome drink called "basil juice", stroll through the village and meet local people who work in the garden. The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
15:00 Then enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice and Prepare lunch with a local family, You will learn how to make “ Tam Huu” spring rolls, “Xeo” pancakes. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies including “Tam Huu” spring roll, “Banh Xeo” or local pancake of people in Centre of Viet Nam. After lunch, take a short rest before returning to your hotel at 16h00.

Today you and your lovely kids with join in a lantern making class. One of the greatest pleasure of any visitor to Hoi An is strolling along the beautiful streets of the old town at night under the flickering lights of the many beautiful lanterns. These colorful lanterns are not only the symbol of Hoi An old town but also a part of the spirit of the Hoi An. We would like to offer you a tour to a traditional Hoi An handicraft village to make some lanterns. Then, you will be shown how to decorate and make your own lanterns. You can also keep it as a souvenir.

Morning after having breakfast, depart for the famous Cu Chi Tunnels which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war.
Afternoon, we take a half day of city tour to visit all famous sites of this bustling city. The first destination is the Reunification Palace, which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975, followed by some French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral. Apart from the religious meaning, the even more special captivating point of this Cathedral is its special neo-Romanesque style of architecture. Next, it is on to the Old Saigon Post Office. After visiting the Jade Emperor Pagoda, we continue our trip to the bustling Ben Thanh Market, which is firstly well-known as the place for real Vietnamese food. There are a number of vendors and food stalls in the market food section that offer guests many freshly delicious dishes. You also can find any goods for daily use as well as variety of eye-catching local handicrafts, souvenirs here. Overnight at the hotel in HCM city.
After breakfast, start you tour to Mekong Delta.
On arrival in Ham Luong Pier. Cruise on Ben Tre river exploring the lively activities along river as fishing, water transfering, see brick making in handy traditional style by printing and baking. Visite one of plenty of coconut processing workshops located along canal. Turn on natural scissors creeks where they look smaller and smaller to go to village. Take a walk to family workshop making sleepmats and enjoying some fruits and tea.
Vinh Long is a province located in the Mekong River Delta of southern Vietnam. Traveling by water is a common practice here for grocery shopping and getting to restaurants and tourist attractions located on small islets accessible only by boat.
Riding a motor cart (xe lôi) or bike on shady paths, pass by green rice fields and vegetable plains to be able to touch on realy life and find out about tropical culture from Peasants. Lunch at Hai Ho house.
Afternoon - riding a sampan along canal, befor boat back to Ham Luông pier. End you touring, going back to Saigon city.
Leave Ho Chi Minh City for Ben Tre city. Upon arrival, begin your boat cruise to the to Ham Luong river and get over Long Thành island visiting coconut shell charcoal work shop. Continute your cruise to Mỏ Cày. Stop to explore the area with visit coconut processing workshop. Take xe Lam ( motor cart) Stop to visit a local work shop ( brums making ), riding on the sampan along the canal to Mr Ba Vạn ‘s house with fruit tasting and have a short walk in the village before cruise to local house for a delicious lunch local specialties.
After meal, take your time walking to surrounding area for more local life exploration. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City or next destination.
