Itinerary
08:00: Our guide and driver will collect you from the hotel lobby for an immersive experience at the local market. In the company of our guide, explore the stalls, accompanied by your list of ingredients, and shop for our cooking class.
Upon arrival at Mai Home Hoi An Cooking Class & Restaurant in Tra Que, begin with a welcome drink featuring local herbs. Then take a stroll through the vegetable garden with your guide, learning about traditional farming methods of growing herbs, organic vegetables and seaweed from the nearby river.
In the friendly atmosphere of the class, cook renowned local dishes such as “Banh Xeo” pancakes, green papaya and banana salad, “Ram” fried rolls (or fresh spring rolls), as well as cooked fish in an earthenware pot, all with the wise advice of the chef.
After your culinary efforts, enjoy your lunch of local specialties and dishes you have prepared, accompanied by steamed rice and a seasonal tropical fruit dessert. Enjoy a moment of relaxation before returning to your hotel, taking with you the memorable flavors of this day.
