8:30 a.m. - Pick up from your hotel. We spend about two hours driving through picturesque countryside and back roads to the village of Duc, where we board a small boat for a one-hour crossing on the Yen Stream to Thien Tru Pagoda. The boat sails along a narrow waterway lined with rice fields, temples, and grasses, and you will have the opportunity to make stops to visit some of these temples before heading to Huong Tich Cave.

You can hike (or take the cable car up the mountain) to the Perfume Pagoda (at the mountain peak) enjoy the spectacular scenery, and learn about the typical Vietnamese Buddhist religion.

Come down and have lunch at the restaurant. Then return to Thien Tru Pier to visit more beautiful and precious sculptures, take photos, perform religious rites, board the boat back to the dock, and then return to your hotel in Hanoi.
