Itinerary (10 days/9 nights): 
1) Itinerary: Very Good (and dealing with you in setting up an itinerary, changes, etc was excellent; you were always patient, answered promptly & I never felt pressured or that we were putting you out by asking questions or changes) 
2) Pace: Easy (liked that we had time mid-late afternoon to go back to hotel to rest/swim before going out for dinner/evening)
 
Guide (s):
1) Level of English: Good for all.
2) Help with Practical Problems: Not applicable
3) Info on Country and People: Good. Liked that Mr Sopheap in Siem Reap tried to teach us Cambodian customs and phrases/words.
 
Accommodation & Food:
1) Accomodations in General: Very Good. Favorite/Best Hotel - Vin Pearl Can Tho. 
2) Hotels below standard: None; all were excellent.
3) Recommendations: None. If you were suggesting hotels, like ones with nice pools & have enough seating/shade around pool, excellent breakfast with lots of choices & ones within walking distance to shopping/local markets.
4) Quality of Food: Very Good. All hotels had excellent breakfasts. Best Breakfast = Vin Pearl Can Tho. Also liked Grand Silverland as it had a complimentary afternoon tea/buffet. All lunch/dinners at the selected restaurants were excellent too.
 
Transport:
1) Quality of Service: Very Good. Clean & newer vehicles.
2) Driver's Performance/Drive Safely: Very Good. 
 
General Comments:
1) Overall Service by Asia King: Very Good.
2) Additional comments: Would highly recommend Asia King & Phuong to friends and family.
 
Share us More:
In future, recommend same guide/driver be contracted at a location (did not like having a different guide on each of 3 days in PP, though all 3 guides were very nice). 
Highly recommend: Vin Pearl Can Tho & Le Cochinchine 1 day cruise (had an excellent guide, Kate & really liked the food, especially the lunch at the LeCochinchine Office)
Highly recommend: Viroth & Square 24 in Siem Reap for food & ambiance of restaurant
In future: Advise budget at the Night Market that is included in tour (ie would have liked to have known the $ amount that we had for food to try at the Siem Reap night market).
Liked how Phuong texted me at start of the tour & kept in touch throughout the tour.
Would have liked to have known in advance that Street Food Tour in PP was by a separate private company (Our guide that day didn't seem to know either).
Future Recommendations: Advise name of Dinner restaurant in Itinerary. If Asia King could find out set menu at selected restaurants so that changes could possibly be made if menus were too similar (ie food was all excellent, however fish was served at every meal & one of us did not like fish & at every meal we had a chicken curry; needed a little more variety in the set menus).
 
Overall we had an excellent time and in general enjoyed everything!

Thanks for following up.
We had a fantastic experience on Song Xanh Sampan, great food, lovely boat, very relaxing. I really enjoyed the candle light dinner in the Old House of 'The lover' movie, it was really a special moment.
I would really recommend it to any friend or family who wants to travel to Vietnam.
The overnight train was good fun.
Transfers were on time, with good drivers.

The Chindwin Discovery cruise was fantastic. Everything was very well planned and the crew did everything to make our stay nice and confortable. The ship and the cabin were perfect and clean.The food was very good and the Captain managed a safe cruise, sometimes even in difficult situations. 
We will recommend your company and come back to you for any further plans in this region.

I was very happy with my trip to Vietnam and the services of your company. Everything went very smoothly, except for being unable to get to Dien Bien Phu. But this was beyond your control.
 
All of the guides and drivers were very good and helpful. A private tour was certainly very good.

Anyway, I had a wonderful time. Vuthy and Chai were fantastic fun and very reliable, and the things we did were great. 
 
My only comments are: 
 
1. I didn’t know it was a personal tour! Which was wonderful… But if I’d known I might have asked for some personalisation. Particularly around…
 
2. Accommodation. The Classy Hotel really isn’t - although the restaurant was really good. It’s a bit tired and big for my liking. If I’d known Louise and I were on our own we would have asked for more of a boutique hotel (which Cambodia does so well). I recommend finding another Battambang hotel. 
 
I thought I had a third comment, but that might be it. We really had a wonderful time and it was great to have everything organised and taken care of.

Now, I’m actually writing a travel article for a New Zealand lifestyle magazine and I will be recommending your agency to our readers. 
 
And I’ll certainly use you again in the future myself. (Am keen to go back to Cambodia in the wet season, and go down to Phnom Penh via Mekong. Loved Phnom Penh!)
