I was very happy with my trip to Vietnam and the services of your company. Everything went very smoothly, except for being unable to get to Dien Bien Phu. But this was beyond your control.
 
All of the guides and drivers were very good and helpful. A private tour was certainly very good.
 
I have already passed on your name to one of my friends who may be interested in travelling to Vietnam.

Anyway, I had a wonderful time. Vuthy and Chai were fantastic fun and very reliable, and the things we did were great. 
 
My only comments are: 
 
1. I didn’t know it was a personal tour! Which was wonderful… But if I’d known I might have asked for some personalisation. Particularly around…
 
2. Accommodation. The Classy Hotel really isn’t - although the restaurant was really good. It’s a bit tired and big for my liking. If I’d known Louise and I were on our own we would have asked for more of a boutique hotel (which Cambodia does so well). I recommend finding another Battambang hotel. 
 
I thought I had a third comment, but that might be it. We really had a wonderful time and it was great to have everything organised and taken care of.

Now, I’m actually writing a travel article for a New Zealand lifestyle magazine and I will be recommending your agency to our readers. 
 
And I’ll certainly use you again in the future myself. (Am keen to go back to Cambodia in the wet season, and go down to Phnom Penh via Mekong. Loved Phnom Penh!)

WE had a great time on our cruise. Pandaw was awesome from the moment we boarded till when we left. The crew was so solicitous the food good the and the rooms spacious and well appointed ‘ I would recommend these cruises to anyone. We look forward to taking another cruise with Pandaw next year.

We would especially like to compliment our guide Quit or Chris as he had us call him. We loved him. He was very solicitous and informative. He was always watching out for our safety and always available to explain any question we might have. He took  very good care of us and I was wondering if you could pass on his email too me so I can thanks him personally. He was a wealth of information about all things Vietnam.

Yes this trip has been a thrilling experience. My husband and I, first of all, loved the general spirit of the travel: around 50 persons travelling in your beautiful wooden boat with great food and visiting local villages- getting to better know their lives. Then we really appreciated the professionalism, implication and gentleness of the whole staff and guides. Thirdly and definitely not last: happy hours were astounding – great cocktails with outstanding sunset views from the terrasse on the Mekong. Great memorable holidays!

Thanks. We so lloved it! All of your package. The best part was the ride. We could lay down with blankets and enjoy the river.
 
Food and drinks ok, maybe some coffee or tea in the morning as it can be quite chilly. 
 
The waterfalls ok but the the focus should be the river experience. Therefore a longer trip on the water would be good. Or you choose some destinations that are not so touristy! Because the trip is individual so should be the destination.
 
Thanks again, was for me for many reasons a special experience.

We arrived home 3 days ago - we had such a great holiday.

One week on Phu Quoc Island and one week on the Pandaw.

Wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the boat trip.

The service, the food and the excursions were excellent.  There was so much variety with the

excursions - and it was all very much fun.

The other guests that were on the boat - all said the same - very interesting and lots of different places to visit.

The two tour directors that we had over the week were excellent as well, All very caring - making sure we were ok.

Thanks again for booking us on this boat.  We will remember the company for next time when we want to do a river

cruise.

Thanks for the message, and thank you - we are fine, back in cold Denmark, looking back on a great trip to Bangkok, Laos and Siem Reap. 
 
We really enjoyed the Mekong Sun Cruise in Laos and generally were very satisfied with almost every thing - except went on the seabed. Sad, that the cruise ended up that way, but that is what happens

tour guide, we were very satisfied with Sabina, nice girl taking care of and talking with everyone, 

boat, really nice boat with friendly staff, nice cleaning, acceptabel food (could be better) price for wine and beer were in the high end (higher than on restaurants in Laos)

driver,- we were picked up 1 hour earlier than expected and agreed and he didn’t speak english at all !!

Can’t recommend you and your company enough I have passed your number on to my friends Ian & Michelle Davis who are interested in tours of Cambodia. Our tour guides were excellent esp the guide who took us to the killing fields who had actually lived through the Khmer Rouge and Chan and Nancy and all the fantastic drivers.   Everyone was always on time (obviously except the first morning) and where they were suppose to be. Again thank YOU for all your time & patience with me for all my changes etc... We really enjoyed every moment.
