On behalf of my travelling companion and myself, I wish to record our gratitude for the perfect 19 day trip we enjoyed during November with Asia King Travel.

We could not have had a better trip, everything was perfect, the airport collections and transfers, the drivers, the guides the accommodation , the complete package was amazing. Forgive my correspondence to you in English since it is my wife who is more comfortable in her native language, French. We wish to express our complete satisfaction with the guide and driver appointed to us for our sojourn through the north of Vietnam. Mr Huy has a graduate's grasp of historical events, times and dates. He was at all times at pains to be punctual, neat and tidy and with perfect manners. Important matters for us, the older generation. Our driver was quiet, polite and with a good driving sense that assured us at all times that we were safe while in his vehicle.
Mr Huy embodies all that is promising in the young people of Viet Nam and a portent of the great future that lies ahead in the next twenty years for your country as an emerging non- aligned nation in the Asia region.
We cannot praise Mr Huy too highly and appreciate your efforts to guarantee that our driver remained with us until our departure.The bond that develops between a small group and their guide and driver is important to western travellers,especially while visiting another culture with different accents and sensitivities towards differing social mores.

I finally have had the time to let you know what a truely, fantastic service you provide. We had the most amazing 15 days in Vietnam, thanks to your well organised company. from the moment we arrived in Saigon to the day we left, every detail of our trip was planned to perfection. As you know we travelled with 4 children and my parents. The trip was a fantastic cultural experience for all. We did things and ate meals we woould never have done if we had not gone through your company. Our Guides Minh, Tung, Ha and Hung were most delightful and my children will remember them all forever. our drivers most importantantly were just as amazing and we admired the the two drivers in both Saigon and Hanoi for their amazing skill.

Minh, our guide in Saigon was fantastic, he had a great personality and my family enjoyed his company. Tung in Nha trang, was the most adorable guide on our trip. being young, he related very well to our girls and we had so much fun in his company. We wanted to bring him home with us!! His english was very good and he gave us an amazing insight to the central part of your beautiful country.

Ha was clearly the most well educated and knowelgeable guide we had. She was very keen to impart all that she knew about her country and my chidren said they had learnt so much from her. She was very easy to understand and we enjoyed her company very much.

Hung too was a very good guide. We enjoyed, very much, his company.

From an Aussie perspective I would describe your company as a "Well oiled machine", your trip planning was perfect. We had the right amount of rest, or free and easy days, as well as many well planned and most enjoyable cultural days.

We do intend on revisiting your country soon and will definately go through your company. We can't wait to see the places that we did not see this time.

We just returned from our Vietnam tour and wanted to let you know that it was wonderfiul.The hotels were excellent as was the food.The tour was a good mix of tourng and leisure.The tour guides were pleasant and informative.we were especially impressed with Mr.Chi in Hoian.He took care of us even on our free day,making sure that we saw some extra things and planning a river ride for us that was very pleasant.The boat trip on the Jasmine was great too.Once again thankyou for a wonderful trip.

We want to thank you for a fabulous job planning our trip in SE Asia. Everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed all the hotels, the wonderful restaurants, the helpful and informative guides, and the interesting tours that were scheduled. The entire trip was without a flaw. It was perfect!!!! Our favorite guide was Khim Vuthy. He spoke english very well and gave us a lot of information. We also liked Minh in Saigon. The other guides were all very helpful and responsible but their english was harder to understand. Our only suggestion for an itinerary change was that we didn't have enough time in Hoi-An, as we arrived in the evening and left at 6AM. The boat on Halong Bay was The Best!!!! There were so many special moments and we have memories for a lifetime!

Dear Quyen,

We have now been home for 2 weeks and have just celebrated our sons wedding day.

Our trip to Vietnam has been the very best holiday and overseas travel experience that we have ever had. We cannot stop telling our friends and anyone who will listen just how wonderful it was.

The itinerary that you presented for us was so diverse and so well organised we were continually surprised by everything your country had to offer.

We appreciated the punctuality of tour guides and drivers, the cleanliness of the vehicles and the broad knowledge of each guide for their particular region.

We loved the food, had lots of fun at the cooking class in Hoi An, and loved the resturants that were selected along the way. We felt very special and thoroughly enjoyed these dining experiences.

The hotels were very comfortable with wonderful breakfasts. The Empress hotel in HCM city did not come up to the standard of the others that we stayed at, but I have noticed that Asia King is only using The Empress as a 2 star now.

The highlight of our trip was the Mai Chau trek with Mr Wah Hoa as our guide, and Tu who accompanied us and prepared meals along the way. We felt totally immersed in the culture of the H'mong and White Thai people, appreciating the natural landscape and farming areas that we passed through. Not to mention the hospitality of the families that we visited.

We hope to visit again in the next couple of years, including Laos and other areas in North West Vietnam. We thoroughly enjoyed Mr Wah Hoa's company and would join his treks or adventures at any time. Could you please correct me if I have spelt his name wrong, as I would like to have the correct spelling for my photo album.

After hearing some horror stories from other travellers, travelling with other companies with regard to handwritten names at the airports, we noticed and appreciated the professionalism of Asia King with our names clearly and consistently printed by computer printout at every pick up point. (Not able to be copied by Taxi drivers).

Thank you once again, and we will contact you for our future travel arrangements and will happily and confidently recommend you to our family and friends.

Yes we are finally back home, we arrived back on the 15th September. We have been travelling to Asia for the past 20 years but this was the first time to Vietnam and we enjoyed the experience very much.
Firstly we thank you Tu Quyen, as our personal contact at Asia King Travel your level of service was excellent. Your employers are fortunate to have staff like you. We are glad you liked the flowers, it was a just small token of our appreciation for the effort you put in to make our visit a memorable one. Missing Sapa was at first a disappointment, but Mai Chau more than made up for it, we loved it. All of your staff were very good, including the drivers, but a special mention for Mr. Hoa ..... he is a credit to your company, not only for his level of professionalism but also his happy and friendly nature made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
