Hello Ms Hong

We had a fantastic trip away but unfortunately it all went too fast and we now back at work! Mrs Bich did most of our bookings, and she was fantastic to deal with..

In relation to our boat transfer from Phnon Penh to Chau Doc, the hotel and then the Le Cochinchine cruise, we are extremely pleased with how it all went. The driver picked us up from our hotel in Phnom Penh at the time advised, everything went smoothly at the boat office and we were met by our really lovely guide (Mai or Mei I think her name was). She was just lovely and we enjoyed our time with her going up Sam Mountain. The Victoria hotel was absolutely wonderful, we are so pleased we decided to pay the extra to stay there. Our drive from Chau Doc to Can Tho with our lovely guide and driver went very well and we were met by our cruise guide Jimmy as soon as we arrived in Can Tho. We went on a small boat around the floating markets and then boarded our Le Cochinchine boat which we were so happy with, it was gorgeous! The staff on the boat were lovely, they really looked after us and our children particularly Phong. The food was lovely, and the drinks reasonably priced. The rooms were lovely, the bathrooms a bit small but understandable considering we were on a boat, so it didn't bother us. We were really well looked after and we felt very safe going on our excursions as everybody really looked out for us. I was a bit nervous about our daughter riding her own bicycle on our village ride (our son was on the back of my husbands bike) but Jimmy ensured that he stayed on the side of her by the road and never left her side, I was very impressed.

It was definitely one of the many memorable parts of our 3 week long trip, and I am so happy that we booked it! We also loved our stay at Hon Tam Island resort in Nha Trang, it was beautiful!!

We will definitely contact you again when we come back to your part of the world.

Our group of 4 persons had a most enjoyable cruise on the Bassac II along the Mekong from Cai Be to Can Tho. The service, staff and the guide were of a good standard as was the food (seafood selection excellent). The two nights on board and the daily excursions gave us a really good insight of local Vietnamese life in the country.

Thank you for your e mail. We had a wonderful time in Vietnam and Cambodia. My daughter also enjoyed it although it was very full and busy, which was mainly my fault because I wanted to show her so much. The tour worked very well. We were always met on time by very courteous and friendly guides and safe drivers. The guides gave us a lot of information which was very good.Perhaps the last guide in Saigon tried to do too much from the moment we arrived, but to be fair he gave us a free morning on the day we left which was very welcome.
The hotels were very good for all the tour and we were well looked after by the guides and the drivers. The night on the boat at Halong Bay was particularly enjoyable.We were very impressed with your company and the service was equal to our tour with TraveIindochina the previous year and in some cases much better. We would definately recommend your company to our friends if they wish to come to Vietnam and Cambodia. We are thinking of coming to Laos late next year so will contact you again.
The food was really delicious and enjoyable and we were taken to some lovely local restaurants.
Also the service prior to going by Ms Bich was excellent.
We had a really great time and would like to thank all the staff very much for their kindness and assistance.

I would like to let you know what a fantastic holiday we had. Everything was well organised on the whole trip, and we had very nice guides. The Pandow cruise was simply fantastic, and they made us see people and ways of life we would never have been able to see on our own. Friendlyness of staff, service and food was on the highest level. Even though Siem Reap was flooded (and also some temples), Mr. Boon and Mr. Dee managed to organise 2 very interesting days for us. Obviously, the situation was and probably still is worrying, and we were afraid for the people who live there and had to cope with it. Also the poverty, especially in Cambodia, was very striking (and we could not buy from all the kids who surrounded us).

I think I would like to see Laos next time, maybe again with a Pandaw? They told us that next year they will organise additional cruises. If you already have something in your program, please let us know! In any case we will be back with Asia King in the future.

Yes we had a great time on our trip!! We were very happy with all of the offerings and would be happy to recommend you if any friends are organising holidays to SE Asia.

I think the itinerary on the trip was a little different to what was on the website, but not very different and we understand of course that things can change very easily. The tour was very structured which I’m sure is good for some people, however we had been on holiday for a couple of weeks already and really just wanted to relax and cruise down the rivers. That said, the staff were great though, always happy to help us, the food was great too. As above, we had a great time and it was a highlight of our holiday!!

Thanks for organising it all and we hope we will get to do another trip with you sometime in the future.
