06:30: Depart from Hanoi by bus to Cat Ba. After reaching Cat Hai, take a ferry to Cat Ba Island, then continue by bus to Cat Ba National Park. Prepare your equipment and get ready to trek through the forest to Viet Hai Village. This ancient village is located in a spacious valley, accessible either by trekking through the forest or by boat from Lan Ha Bay.

After about 2 hours of walking, stop for lunch at Frog Pond, a small marshy area known as a frog's haven, situated 100 meters above sea level. After lunch, continue hiking to Viet Hai, with several stops to rest and take photos. Arrive at Viet Hai Village after approximately 4 hours of hiking, check into your room, shower, and relax. Before dinner, take time to explore the village or enjoy a foot bath at the stream. Dinner will be served, followed by a campfire gathering until bedtime

07:00: Enjoy breakfast, then take an electric car to Viet Hai Port. The road from the village to the port is scenic, passing through forests and steep cliffs. Once at the boat station, board a boat to travel to Lan Ha Bay. Start paddling from the center of the bay to Ba Trai Dao Bay, a beautiful sea region with many uncrowded, clean beaches.

Depending on the season and tide, there may be opportunities to dive and see corals. After exploring the beaches, have lunch on the boat in Ba Trai Dao Bay. Return to Cat Ba Island and continue your journey back to Hanoi, arriving around 19:00.
