Why a local house

The same five-star hotels. Without the layers in between.

Many luxury tours of Thailand are sold by agencies abroad and operated by a local company like ours. Booking with us directly means the same hotels, cruises and private guides, with one team responsible for every detail and no mark-up added along the way.

Your travel designer works from our Bangkok office, knows the hotels room by room and is the person you message while you travel. Proposals arrive within 24 hours, and every element can be changed until it feels exactly right.

Where you stay

Two ways to stay, on every journey

Choose Luxury for outstanding five-star and boutique hotels, or Iconic for the legendary addresses. Your travel designer can mix the two, city by city.

Updated October 2026 · Reviewed by Lily Dam, travel designer

How much does a private luxury tour of Thailand cost?

Our signature journeys start from US$7,634 per person with Luxury hotels and from US$10,968 per person with Iconic hotels, based on two travelling, international flights not included. The final price depends on your dates, length and hotel choices; your travel designer sends an exact quote within 24 hours.

When is the best time to go?

November to March is the classic season, cooler and dry across most of the country. The Andaman coast (Phuket, Koh Yao Noi, Krabi) is at its best from November to April, the Gulf islands such as Koh Samui from January to August. We match the beach to your dates.

Do I need a visa?

Citizens of the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days, which covers all our Thailand journeys; a further 30 days can be requested at an immigration office in Thailand. Every visitor also completes the free Thailand Digital Arrival Card online in the three days before arrival. We confirm the latest rules when you book.

Can we mix Luxury and Iconic hotels?

Yes. Many guests choose an iconic riverside hotel in Bangkok and a boutique address in Chiang Mai, or the reverse. Your travel designer will suggest the best combination for your budget.

Is everything private?

Yes. Your guide, driver, boats and experiences are private to your party, including the longtail in Bangkok and the yacht in Phang Nga Bay.

Do you include elephant riding?

No. We only work with ethical camps where you walk with and observe rescued elephants, guided by their specialists. No riding and no shows.

What is included?

Hotels with breakfast, private car and driver, private English-speaking guides on touring days, domestic flights, experiences and entrance fees in the programme, and 24/7 support. International flights, insurance and personal expenses are not included.

How do we book and pay?

A 30% deposit confirms your journey; the balance is due 30 days before you arrive.
