Upon arrival, you will board your Mango cruise boat at Sadec after exploring this charming town, where it is the backdrop for the film ‘The Lover’, based on the semi-autobiographical novel by Marguerite Duras. The story is about a teenage French girl who falls in love with a wealthy Chinese man, Huynh Thuy Le, their romance ended when his father arranged marriage for him with another Chinese girl and Marguerite Duras left Vietnam to go back to France with her broken heart. She became a famous writer and her own true story soon became well known.

Get back to the cruise and head to An Hoa river while you enjoying a refreshing coconut juice on the deck while meeting your crewmembers and enjoying the scenery and fresh air from the water.

The lunch will be serviced on board.

Afternoon, the cruise continue to cruise to An Hoa and stop at Ngu Hiep Village begin cycling, enjoying the peaceful scenery and quiet road pathways.

Get back to your boat, relax and enjoy your cruise then prepare for your cooking demonstration while enjoying your dinner.

Breakfast will be served onboard while you are enjoying the sunrise and you will start to cruise to Phong Nam village.

The cruise will stop first at the coconut processing, then stop at a brick making shop, where the locals still use centuries-old traditional methods to make the bricks by hand. At here, you will start a Bicycle trip around Phong Nam village around 4km, enjoy a casual cycling trip that will take you to visit a coconut spirits factory, which is a popular drink among the natives in Vietnam. It is a sweet, fresh or mildly fermented sap taken from tapping the young expanded flowers of the coconut, good for the health.

Continue to your visit take a short walk to Mrs. Huong’s house, who lives with her 3 children and grandson – they live on fishing, shrimp and fruit orchards. Enjoy fresh fruits and tea in her garden and then board a rowing sampan, taking you through a lush narrow canal, displaying the tranquil nature of the region.

Get Back to your boat and cruise to Mango Home Riverside Pier in Ben Tre town where you will be dropped off and transfer to your car for the drive back to Saigon or your onwards trip.
