3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Sail to village of Khok Aek

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Visit two villages in Khok Aek: one Lao and the other a Hmong minority village

6:30 am – 7:30 am: Introduction to Buddhist meditation on the sun deck

10:30 am – 12:30 pm: Arrive in the village of Pak Beng where options include a visit to Pak Beng temple with Falang mural or visit Hmong village and elephant camp on the opposite side of the river

12:30 pm – 2:00 pm: À la carte lunch

12:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Set sail to Ban Houy Phalam

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Visit the pretty Kamu village of Ban Houy Phalam which is famous for its weaving and scarf production or discover rural Laos on mountain bike

6:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Briefing on next day’s programme by the Cruise Manager

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Dinner
