Welcome by our tour guide on arrival at Yangon International airport and transfer to your hotel. After a brief freshening up at the hotel, we begin the orientation tour of Yangon- the biggest city with tree-lined wide avenues, shady green parks and the beautiful lakes. All gives Yangon becoming one of the most charming and lively cities in Asia. Our tour starts with a visit to Sule Pagoda- the heart of the city and quite unusual in its octagonal shape extending right ups the top. From here you can also observe the downtown views of Yangon. Your next sightseeing is Chaukhtakyi pagoda- the biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar and the city Hall & Colonial buildings. At sunset, visit the marvelous Shwedagon Pagoda with its golden stupa covered with 60 tons of pure gold leaf and it is considered as the spiritual centre of the country. Overnight in Yangon

After breakfast, drive to Bago for around half and one hours. Bago is the ancient capital of former Mon Kingdom (6th century).
Visit 55-metre-long reclining Shwethalyaung Buddha image and Shwemawdaw Pagoda, which is over a thousand years old. Its spire is even taller than that of Yangon's Shwedagon Pagoda. Next we will visit Kyaik Pun Pagoda with four giant sitting Buddha images. We then continue our journey to Kyaikhtiyo “the Golden Rock”- a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaves and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. After arrival at Kyaikhtiyo base camp, transfer to an open truck and drive for 1hr to the upper staging point. Continue for 45 minutes of easy hiking to the summit. Enjoy and overlook the magnificence view of the surrounding area and overnight stay in Kyaikhtiyo.

After early breakfast, drive to Mawlamyine (4 hours), crossing Thanlwin Bridge. Mawlamyine is the capital of Mon state. With its colonial buildings and its leafy tropical coastal setting, Mawlamyine has a charm of its own distinct from any other town or city. Upon arrival in Mawlamyine, check-in at hotel. In the afternoon, visit Mahamuni Pagoda - the largest pagoda in Mawlamyaing with its Mon Style. Next, we will explore Seindon Mibaya Kyaung, Zyegyi Market and the first Baptist church. Overnight in Mawlamyine

Today we start 2.5 hours’ drive to Hpa.an. On the way, a visit to Kawkon Cave should not be missed where you can see the terra-cottas on the walls of the natural limestone cave. Upon arrival, pay a visit to Kyauktalat Monastery - well known for its shape and location on a tiny island (access via a bridge without reeling). Here you can take the beautiful pictures and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

After breakfast, visit Shweyinhmyaw Pagoda situated at the bank of Thanlwin River. Enjoy the scenery along the way back to Yangon. Upon arrival in Yangon, transfer to your hotel.
