On Day 1, the tour begins with a pick-up at the hotel in Saigon between 08:00 and 08:30, for guests in District 1 and parts of District 3 (only for those using the transfer service). The journey continues to Cai Be, where you will board the cruise vessel and check in at around 11:30. At 12:00, the panorama cruise begins, followed by lunch on board around 13:00. In the afternoon, at 16:00, there will be a guided land excursion through orchards and small villages. At 17:00, you will return to the boat for refreshments and enjoy the sunset on the top deck. Dinner is served on board at 19:00, followed by an overnight stay on the boat.

On Day 2, the morning begins with a tea break served on board at 07:00. At 08:00, enjoy an excursion on a long sampan to the Cai Rang floating market. Around 12:00, the panorama cruise continues, and lunch will be served on board at 13:00. In the afternoon, at 16:00, there will be a walk to a rural village. Dinner will be served on board at 19:00, followed by a night spent on the boat.

On Day 3, the day starts with a morning tea break served on board at 07:00. At 08:00, check out of the cabin and embark on an excursion on a rowing sampan to explore small canals, enjoy "Đờn ca tài tử" (Folk Music), and visit a home-made handicrafts family on Tan Phong islet. At 10:00, enjoy a bicycle ride on back roads or a walk in a small village along the Mekong Canals. At 11:00, drive to Chau Doc with lunch en route via shuttle bus service or land transfer. The group will arrive in Chau Doc at 17:00 and check in to the hotel. The evening is free for personal exploration, and the night will be spent at the Victoria Hotel in Chau Doc.

On Day 4, the journey begins with the departure of the speedboat to Phnom Penh at 07:00. The estimated arrival at Sisowath International Quay in Phnom Penh is between 12:00 and 13:30, although the arrival time may vary depending on current conditions and immigration formalities. Upon arrival, guests will be transferred to their hotel in Phnom Penh by shuttle bus.
