PREFERENTIAL POLICIES:

• Free of charge for children under 5 years old. Tour guide rate: Party A will offer a special rate for tour guides depending on each specific case.
• Tour guide reservations must be notified in writing in advance.
• Short-term or seasonal promotional programs (if any) will be announced according to each period and attached to this contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Individual Bookings (fewer than 6 guests):

• More than 3 days before departure: Free cancellation
• Within 3 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the booking will be charged 5

For Group Bookings (6 guests or more):

• More than 15 days before departure: Free cancellation
• 10–15 days before departure: 50% of the total booking value will be charged
• 5–9 days before departure: 75% of the total booking value will be charged
• Less than 5 days before departure: 100% of the total booking value will be charged

SURCHARGE PER GUEST:

Applicable on the following dates (20% of the contract price):

• Christmas Eve & Day (December 24th–25th)
• New Year (January 1st & December 31st)
• Lunar New Year (from the 1st to the 5th day of the Lunar New Year)
• Other public holidays: April 30th, May 1st, September 2nd
